Cancellation & Refund Policy
No returns
Books cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the book title and description carefully before you order.
Cancellation before dispatch
To cancel an order before it ships, email jspatilenquiry@gmail.com with your order ID. If it has not been dispatched yet, we refund the full amount. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or wrong book
If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive a different book from the one you ordered, email jspatilenquiry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the parcel and the book. After checking, we will send the correct book or refund you.
Failed payments
If a payment fails but money was deducted from your account, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or the payment provider. If it does not return within a few days, contact us with the transaction details.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the same method you paid with (UPI, card or net banking). This usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
